MOVE IT! TO MUSIC is a dance fitness class especially created for those who have a tendency to let those exercise-free weeks slip into months and more … we know the importance of regular physical activity, but where’s the fun in it?
Well, having fun with Move It! To Music is the number one priority, with easy-to-learn choreographed moves set to the rhythm of popular disco tunes.
A warm welcome assured and there is the option of a nice chat over coffee afterwards, and no pressure on anyone to do anything they’d rather not.
Move It! To Music takes place every Saturday at 11 am (finishing 12 noon). It costs €5 per class and there is no membership needed, just turn up in trainers with a towel and a drink. The class is also eminently suitable for beginners.
The venue is the Time Sport Gym, Avenida de Pescia, Nº 21, Nerja.
