Police in Fuengirola have arrested a British national after 174 kilos of marijuana was found in his van.
The van was spotted driving in an erratic manner, almost hitting two other vehicles and causing other motorists to brake sharply. When the van stopped at a shopping mall and parked, police officers approached the driver when he stepped out of the vehicle and requested identification.
A search of the van then led to the discovery of packets of marijuana totalling 174 kilos in weight and the driver was then arrested on suspicion of crimes against the public health.
