The Acorn Inn re-opened at the end of 2009 under new management and having undergone a total renovation.
The Little Chef (Glen, formerly from the Speakeasy) prepares his special full English breakfasts each day from 10:00 to 15:00. Small home-cooked meals are also on offer.
Sports events and UK soaps are regularly available here.
The bar has a good pool table.
