Very good restaurant in Plaza Cavana with an Andalucían patio and a dining terrace in the summer providing views out to sea.
Casa Luque was founded in 1983 by Doña Angela Borrega and Don Rafael Luque Climent and occupies one of the older buildings in the area, dating back to 1863. Casa Luque is a founder member of the Andalucian Gastronomic Restaurant Association (AGRAS) and an active promoter of local and regional Spanish quality products.
The restaurant with 3 dining rooms (for 18, 24 & 10 people), an Andalucian style main bar, a small patio and an inner terrace of 1,200 square meters overlooking El Salón beach.
Casa Luque also caters for weddings and other events.
Also serves some very good tapas. A great place to go if you want to treat yourself…or someone else.
Opening times are: Lunch from 12.30 p.m till 3.00 p.m. and Dinner from 7.30 pm till 11.00 pm.

Just arrived back in Dublin after a month in Nerja. Casa Luque in the Plaza Cavana is a really good place to go for excellent gourmet tapas. The decor is sophisticated and the staff are friendly and helpful. For a peaceful few hours and a nice bottle of wine from their vast selection, its hard to beat. A taste of real Spain in a family owned mansion dead centre of town yet cool calm and most enjoyably relaxing. I’ll be back before Christmas!!

Among the very best restaurants in town.
Tapas with a difference and well worth it. Good wine list. But the restaurant itself is overpriced for what it delivers – the food is nowhere near as interesting or as good as the ambience and blurb would invite you to imagine. Calabaza and Au Petit Paris put it to shame.
