Not only a very good restaurant, but also a nice tapas bar.
El Nino a bit expensive but Bibi and her staff offer a excellent choice (Fresh fish, Leg of lamb and fillet steaks to die for) They also have an extensive range of wines and the staff are happy to guide you

We have visited this bar/restaurant many times the service and quality of the food and wine is ALWAYS superb as well as the service. Yes it can be expensive but just pop in for a cana or copa de vino and savour the atmosphere of real Spain.

Great tapas bar, good food, and wonderful service. Not touristy, no photos of dishes! Just good honest local tucker, with a welcoming smile, which can be lacking from some other locals. Thanks El Nino.

We went there during our 2 week holiday in June and I must say that I was greatly disapointed.
While not horribly bad food, it was totally nothing to write home about. I took the entrecote as main dish and asked for very rare, what I got was a medium-rare (on the medium side…) steak with a few boiled vegetables and fries – same thing I would have gotten back home in any average eatery.
My girlfriend got a very average lasagne and even thge goat cheese salad was on the OK side.
What makes this restaurant disapointing is the prices – for this ‘quality’ dishes we paid more than twice what we pay even in thge more touristic eateries down in the Balcon se Europa area.
Save your time (very slow service) and money for better cuisine experience in Nerja

Tapas are good but eating something from the ordinary menu is a total waste of money. Tastless, overpriced food – quite awful really. Will not return.
