Excellent little restaurant down towards the end of Calle Málaga, just before Plaza Fabrica de los Cangrejos. Quality food, friendly and efficient service.
The restaurant is quite small, although it does also have a small street terrace in the summer. During the summer months, particularly, booking is advisable.
Have been going to J&Vs for many years. Very friiendly and good, unpretentious Spanish food. Only problem is it’s so small inside you sometimes can’t get a table!
Met Jose and Victoria many years ago when staying the apartment block above the restaurant. Fantastic food, atmosphere and the most friendly people. When ever you return they always remember you, and I am looking forward to visiting again this week after a 4 year gap, I will let you know how I get on.
First went when VICENTE owned this bar food was very good then just as good now good value for money very pleasant owners.
Have been to Jose y Victoria’s many times. Having stayed in Nerja for the winter this year, we went every week and the standard of food and service was excellent as usual. As other reviewers have said, you do need to make a reservation as it’s always busy.
