Help for Foreigners in Nerja

The Foreigners Department is located on the ground floor of the Town Hall, next to the main entrance, and is for all foreigners who have any queries or need general information on any items regarding living or having a property in Nerja, residence card, NIE number, taxes, inland revenue, traffic, medical health service, etc

The Foreigners Department has a stock of forms which will save you a trip to Torre del Mar.

 Residence Card form. (Free).
 NIE number form. (Free).
 Non Residentes 214 Patrimonio Tax form. (€1).
 Non Residentes 210 & 714 Patrimonio Tax form for those who have several properties. (€1 and €2).

Once filled in, the Residence card forms and the NIE forms can be submitted at Torre del Mar National Police Station and the Patrimonio forms can be presented at your bank in Nerja for payment.

A book called 'Living in Nerja', containing general information for foreigners living or having a property in Spain is available at the Foreigners Department in English, German, French and Spanish. Price €1
