The living room and patio are on one level, the living room, leads out onto the spacious patio with a fabulous sea view. Theres is a table and chairs, loungers,patio umbrella and a full length wind down sun blind. There is a large built in BBQ. The parking space is located slighty to the left of the villa.
The swimming pool is located to the right of the Villa in a large grassed pool area with a shower and panoramic views of Burriana beach.
The swimming pool, has just had a major overhaul, 2009, with all new tiling, new pool, non-slip surround, new pump etc.
