Small but very nice one bedroom apartment located very close to Burriana beach and suitable for 2-4 people.

The apartment is located on a hillside Andalucian style complex, a little like Frigliana.

There is a private locked car park available to residents of the complex only.

Please note there are 55 steps from the car park down to the apartment and 86 steps from the apartment down to the beach, so the apartment is not suitable to those that cannot walk up and down these stairs.

The main Burriana Beach is only a 3-4 min walk from the apartment (excellent sea views from apartment balcony).

The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away and there is a large variety of lovely restaurants and bars both at the beach and in town, something for every taste.

The living area leads out to a spacious balcony with amazing views of both the mountains and the sea. Four garden chairs, table and two sun loungers are provided

A sofa bed is provided in the living room, which also has fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, toilet and basin with vanity unit and plenty of hot water

Fitted American-style kitchen with a two-ring electric hob, combination microwave/oven/grill, washing machine, refrigerator and plenty of cooking and eating utensils provided

Double glazing has recently been fitted throughout making it cool in summer, warm in winter.

The apartment is fitted with air conditioning which also heats in the winter

There is a flat screen satellite television (British and European “Freeview”)

Travel cot and high chair available for babies

Towels and linen provided (except beach towels)
