TV/DVD and video player. The tv has all UK tv channels and radio. There is also a cd player. There are many cds and dvds in the apartment if ever you fancy a night in. There is a comfy sofabed in the lounge, an easy chair and dining table and 6 chairs. The door to the balcony is situated in the lounge. There is a ceiling fan in the lounge.
Master Bedroom
New double bed and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. There is a hairdryer. The fitted wardrobe has mirror doors and the window has a lovely view onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2
Full sized brand new bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a large fitted wardrobe with mirror doors. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.
Bathroom
Walk-in shower unit, wc and wash hand basin with mirror and shaver point. The new automatic washing machine is also in the bathroom. There is plenty of cupboard space for your bits and bobs.
There is a private balcony with a small table and chairs for sunbathing, or sitting with a drink and watching the sunset over the rooftops.

This holiday rental apartment has the benefit of a large communal pool with a kiddies pool attached, in a well kept garden. There is a lift from the main entrance of the block to the third floor. There are six steps up to the lift.
