Spacious lounge/dining room with flat screen TV, Sky, DVD player and stereo unit. Well stocked bookcase, two 2-seater settees and coffee table. The Dining room has a ceiling fan, table and four chairs with beautiful pine dresser.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service
Hand/bath towels and bed linen provided. Beach towels are not provided. The property is cleaned and prepared for arrival and cleaned after departure. A linen change is made after seven days. A charge is made if an extra cleaning service is required.

Accessibility
This property is unsuitable for wheelchairs users as there are 4 steps on arrival into the garden and 3 steps up to the villa.
Outside
A south facing garden enjoying all day sunshine or many shaded areas under the fruit trees. A barbecue is provided and al fresco dining can be enjoyed on the patio. A table and 6 chairs are provided together with 2 sunbeds.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% payable at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. 100 euros damage deposit to be paid on arrival and will be returned when leaving. A returnable deposit of 20euros to be paid on arrival for the pool pass.
