Villa La Casita is 250 metres from Burriana Beach and a short walk from the Balcon de Europa.

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa (sleeps 8+) with private swimming pool and located in a private 9 house development.

The villa has a well equipped kitchen with electric-hob, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

There are 3 good size bedrooms with air conditioning/heating – one double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 additional pull out beds, 2 cots – one bathroom with bath and shower and one with shower room.

In the lounge there is cable T.V, CD player and DVD player.

On main terrace there is a table, chairs and BBQ.

The top terrace has sun loungers and there are stunning views of the sea and mountains.

MEET & GREET ON ARRIVAL DATE AT VILLA WITH LOCAL AGENT FOR KEYS, VILLA FACILITIES AND ANY OTHER ISSUES.

The price is PER WEEK not PER PERSON.

The arrival and departure cleaning and laundry (of supplied bedding and towels) is INCLUDED for the rental term. A MIDWEEK or MID-TERM cleaning and linen change is available but at an EXTRA CHARGE (approx EUR75.00).

Payment in Euros by bank draft or bank transfer accepted.
