Located on the first floor, the apartment comprises of a modern bathroom, with two large bedrooms, one of which is north facing, therefore is usually cool at night during the hot summer month, the second bedroom overlooks the swimming pool, the apartment has a bright and airy feel to it, which is a result of the open plan design with a door onto the private balcony.

Rental Rates

3rd Jan – 22nd March 2009, 25th October – 20th December 2009 = €150 per week
22nd March – 28th June 2009, 13th Sept – 25th October 2009 = €250 per week
28th June – 13th Sept 2009 = €380 per week
Christmas and New Year = €300 per week

This property is also available on a long term basis at €500 per month
(excluding July and August)

Notes

The pool area is accessed through a locked security gate and is restricted to residents and guests of the apartment community. Gardens surround the pool and there are stunning views to the coast, valleys and mountains. Within the pool area are changing rooms, showers and toilets.

Changeover days are flexible in order that guests can take advantage of cheaper mid-week flights. We will accept bookings of any duration (minimum three nights) on a pro rata basis .
You will find a variety of CD,s videos and a small selection of children’s games. Travel cot and highchair and baby dishes are all available free of charge.

The property may not suit some people with disabilities as there are 27 steps up from the nearest car parking.
The nearest bus stop is 200 meters away with a frequent service to Nerja bus station and then regular buses connect with Malaga. A full time table is available.

FLEXIBLE ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE :- We want our guests to get the best possible value for money, and we realise that many flight prices are much cheaper during the week rather than at weekends. So we are pleased to offer the flexibility of Midweek arrivals and departures and we will always be available to meet you personally at the apartment whatever time you arrive, at no extra cost.

SAVE MONEY AND SPACE IN YOUR SUITCASE :- We provide lots of things included in our price so you don’t have to bring them or buy them here :- BEACH TOWELS, Cool bags and blocks, beach loungers chairs and parasols, hair dryer, iron, sewing kit, travel adaptors, torch ( Spanish Electricity is prone to outages), umbrellas ( for the winter), books magazines and games, tourist guides and maps and walking/biking maps for the mountains. In the kitchen we provide your initial stock of many things that you often have to buy then leave most of it behind like, tea, coffee (and filter papers), sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, detergent, cling film, aluminium foil, kitchen roll.

And all this is in addition to our COMPLIMENTARY WELCOME PACK which is provided as standard ( a great bonus after a late flight or arriving on a bank holiday). It typically includes, Ham, cheese, eggs, milk, bread, fruit, olives, butter, beers, red wine, cava, lemonade, and bottled water.
