Down a couple of steps and you enter via a beautiful wooden door onto a very large south facing terrace overlooking the valley and the sea.

This stunning country house is furnished to the highest standard. Comprising a spacious lounge with an arch leading to a fully equipped country style kitchen. Furthermore leading from the lounge through another arch, you have a light dining area, from there you enter the TV room with a door leading to a bathroom.

The two bedrooms in the house are north facing ensuring lower temperatures during the hot summer months. Between both bedrooms is a large bathroom.

Separate to the main accommodation, with steps leading down the side of the main the house, is a large bedroom with king size bed and sofa, with its own en- suite bathroom, beautifully tiled. The beauty of this living accommodation is it’s private terrace with spectacular views.

Rental Rates

3rd Jan – 21st Mar 2009, 24th Oct – 19th Dec 2009 = €700 per week
21st Mar – 27th June 2009, 12th Sept – 24th Oct 2009 = €1000 per week
27th June – 12th Sept 2009 = €1100 per week
Christmas and New Year = €1100 per week

Long term contract = €1800 per month.
NB : Not available for long term let during July, August, September.

Notes

  • A deposit of 25% of the total price is payable when booking. This deposit is non – refundable in the event of any cancellation notification. The deposit can be paid by either Credit card, bank transfer in our UK or Spanish account or by Sterling cheque.
  • We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the 25% deposit is not paid within 2 weeks of booking. Cancellation notification is required in writing by post or by e-mail and must be either signed by or originate from the same e-mail address as the person who signed the booking form. For those clients who book within eight weeks of their departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance payment becomes due 8 weeks before departure, we will send you a balance statement to remind you. We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the balance has not been paid in full by the agreed date. For cancellation within 8 weeks of departure the client remains liable for the following charges :  42-55 days : 60%    29-41 days : 70%   22-28 days : 90%    0-21 days : 100%
  • An additional ‘breakages deposit’ of € 300 is required. This will be refunded within 48  hours after the holiday in form of a sterling cheque or € transfer. If you have provided Credit card details, we will hold these for the duration of your holiday as security. These details will be destroyed after your departure.
  • In the event of the signed booking form not being submitted with the deposit, the deposit itself indicates the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which form a contract between the agent and the clients in accordance with British law within the exclusive jurisdiction of British courts. The contract exists from such time as you receive our confirmation and final invoice.
  • The rental period commences from 16.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure. Any variation of these times is by prior arrangement only. Any arrivals and / or departure outside of these times must be agreed with the Team Star Rentals.
  • The clients are responsible for all keys whilst they are in their possession and for their safe return to the agent. Loss of any keys while in your charge will occur a € 50.00 replacement charge.
  • The clients are responsible for the security of the property at all times whilst in possession of keys and for the safe keeping of all items of property within the apartment.
  • No pets are permitted in the property at any time.
  • All bedding linen and bath towels are provided, beach and pool towels are NOT and must be provided by the clients. Bath towels provided must NOT be used round the pool or at the beach.
