Torrox Pueblo
This is a pretty, three bedroom, modernised village house in the old part of Torrox Pueblo. There is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room/wet room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a family bathroom. Two large sun terraces for soaking up the sun. 200 metres walk to the village square, where there are several bars, cafes and restaurants and 10 minutes drive from the beach at Torrox Costa where there are more bars, cafes and restaurants. Parking nearby.
The lounge is on the first floor and has two sofas. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and radio. A large selection of books, both fiction and non-fiction including maps and guide books.
The dining area contains an extending table and chairs.
The kitchen, which is integral to the lounge and dining room, is furnished with a 4 ring ceramic hob/oven with overhead extractor fan, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster, pots, pans, and all the crockery, glassware and utensils that one would expect to find in an easy to use kitchen.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and is bright and airy. It is furnished with a pair of twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with drawers and over-bed lights. The en-suite has a walk in shower area, heated towel rail, toilet and hand basin with mirror and lights over.
The double bedroom is on the first floor and furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and large built in wardrobes.
The single bedroom is on the ground floor and is furnished with a single bed, large built in wardrobe and bedside table and over bed lights.
The main bathroom, which is located beside the double bedroom, has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink with large mirror. The washing machine is in this room.
On the top floor there is a utility area with an extra fridge for cold drinks on the terrace, there is also an ironing board and iron.
The two terraces have stunning views over the Pueblo to the Almijara mountains. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs and parasol to provide shade and comfort from the mid day sun.
There are plants and shrubs surrounding the front entrance area.
There is heating in all rooms for those who are looking for a comfortable holiday during the winter months. There is a free-standing electric fan for the summer. Hot water is via an electric immersion heater.
The property is fully equipped with bedding, linen and towels (not beach towels) and a hairdryer. Bearing in mind current luggage restrictions regarding liquids on flights, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap are all provided.
A child’s travel cot is available at no extra charge (please bring own linen).
This house has been furnished throughout with comfort in mind and is a perfect home from home for couples and families alike. There are a number of shops and bars within walking distance of the house.

Torrox is an excellent place to stay for a long Winter let. The rent is £125/week, minimum 4 weeks, plus electricity as used
