Urbanisation El Algarrobo

Large 3 bedroom villa, overlooking the communal pool, on El Algarrobo Urbanization, Capistrano area, Nerja.

El Algarrobo is a very popular and well established Urbanization with a mixture of permanent residents and holiday homes. The pool is well looked after and an attendant is present. The view from here is as good as it gets, and in Nerja that’s pretty good. Pool opening times are May to October inclusive, 10:30 to 19:00 each day.

The house has been our family holiday home from new almost 30 years ago. We love it and are lucky enough to be able to use it a few times every year.

The house itself consists of :-

Ground floor….. Kitchen , lounge, dining room and shower room with wc and basin. The terrace leads out from the lounge.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster and a full range of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Please note there is no dishwasher.

The lounge has a 32” flat screen TV with a full range of cable channels. There is also a DVD player and a CD/Radio. The dining room is currently used to keep all the beach paraphernalia (parasols, inflatables, coolbags etc etc). The dining table is in the lounge, we find it works better this way.

The terrace has a dining table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and a rack for clothes drying. There is also a wind out canopy for the hot months.

First floor …… Double bedroom with sea view, twin bedroom with pool and sea view, twin bedroom with mountain view and full bathroom with shower over bath. The bedrooms all have pedestal fans for summer and electric radiators for winter.

We would recommend hiring a car for your holiday as it is about 2km into the town centre and it also enables you to visit some of the surrounding area including the beautiful beaches to the East of Maro.

Changeover days are completely flexible as we are aware that midweek flights can be much cheaper. Just ask – it shouldn’t be a problem. Also we will be as flexible as possible about the time you will be required to arrive/depart.

The house has always been managed by ‘Mendez and Bernadette’ and they will ensure it is cleaned the day before arrival, or on the day if arrival is late. Only if new guests are arriving on the same day as others depart will there be a need to access the house with any urgency.

Jan – April £250 per week
May – June £350 per week
July – August £450 per week
Sept – Oct £350 per week
Nov – Dec £250 per week
