There were two industrial fatalities in Andalucia on Monday, one in Jaén and one in Almeria.
At around 10:30, a man fell from a height of around ten metres while trying to transport a motor to an irrigation pond using a rope and pulley system. He suffered very serious injuries and was taken to hospital but failed to recover.
At around 12:30, in calle Linares in Martos, Jaén, a 33-year-old man died at the scene after suffering an electrical shock. Medics tried to save his life but to no avail.
