Two new earthquakes measuring 2.8 and 2.2 on the Richter scale have been felt in the municipalities of Puente del Obispo, Begíjar and Lupión in Jaén province.
Homes in the towns reportedly suffered damage, some of it significant, during the quakes. Since August there have been seventy earthquakes in Jaén province, the strongest, reaching 3.8 on the Richter scale, occurring on September 14th 2014.
