The Cabinet has approved a new section of the Mediterranean Corridor rail link between Pulpí and Cuevas de Almanzora in Almeria province, a project currently budgeted at €71 million.
The project involves a 12.2 kilometre stretch between Pulpí and Cuevas de Almanzora with a double track, UIC and AVE, and is designed for mixed usage, passenger and freight.
