For the second year running, Nerja Council and the Nerja Caves Foundation will have its own stand at the FITUR Tourism Fair in Madrid, to be held from January 28th 20 February 1st 2015 at the IFEMA in the capital.
The Council will concentrate on promoting environmental tourism under the slogan ‘Nerja, naturalmente’ – ‘Nerja, naturally’, and will publish a map showing water activities and mountaineering and caving opportunities available in the municipality. A promotional video will also be presented.
The Carnival will also feature on the stand and there will be a tribute to the Parador de Turismo in Nerja to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of its opening.
The Nerja Caves Festival will also be announced.
