The fifth annual clean-up walk along the rio Chillar took place on Sunday, with 33 people taking part in the two routes.
According to the organisers, the volunteers collected a total of 800 kilos of rubbish left behind by visitors to this picturesque area, most of this relating to the busy summer period.
The event started at 08:30 and was finally completed at 18:30.
