Former TV presenter Agustín Bravo, alongside nerjeña Charo Garcia, will host the Feria Gala 2015 which takes place on October 8th 2015.
The Gala, this year celebrating its fiftieth edition, will see the election of the Feria Queen and Knight. It is one of the highlights of the festivities.
Agustín Bravo began his career in radio, but in 1989 moved to television and was a regular fixture on the TVE programme ‘Por la mañana’. He then spent a short time with Telemadrid before moving to Telecinco where, for five years, he presented the show ‘Telecupón’.
After a stint with Antena 3, he joined Canal Sur to present ‘Bravo por la tarde’, which became one of the most popular shows on the channel.
Since 2013, Bravo has been teaching television presentation at the Faculty of Communication in Sevilla.
Charo Garcia has presented a number of events in Nerja, the most recent being the inauguration of the Veladilla de San Miguel.
