Calle Fray Junipero Serra runs from avenida Castilla Perez (about two-thirds of the way down, turn right by Bar El Bosque) to calle Antonio Millón, a distance of approximately 110 metres.
Starting from avenida Castilla Perez, a few metres down the street on the left we have Barbados (small, cosy bar, shows all F1 races) followed by Superbazar Euro-Asia (everything from clothes to DIY to strange flashing ornaments to kitchen implements).
On the other side of the road we have The Blue Lagoon (terrace, serves food, sports on TV) and Maxwell’s (cafe/bar/carvery serving snacks and full meals including Sunday roasts, pool table, terrace).
Back on the left we have Zayas (Spanish restaurant, currently closed and looking for new owner) and Fin de Siglo (tapas bar, meals, terrace). The Fin de Siglo borders on the Plaza Garcia Caparros where you will find The Pantry (English bakery) and La Tahona (excellent tapas bar).
Past the square and still on the left as we go up a slight incline we have the Peña Madridista and then, on the corner with calle Antonio Millón, Vinoleto (another good wine and tapas bar, small street terrace). And now we’re on calle Antonio Millón.
