The Youth Information Centre is launching a new Zumba workshop to be taught by Christian David Callejón Navas, the classes aimed at people aged between 14 and 35 years.
Workshop on sustainable use of resources along the coast
Nerja Council, in conjunction with Almuñecar Council, is holding an informative workshop entitled ‘Imagine the future of our coast’, the aim being to lobby the relevant authorities about conservation and the sustainable use of resources along the stretch of coastline that includes both municipalities.
Workshop for Christmas decorations
Monday saw the start of aseries of weekly workshops at the Youth Information Centre in calle Cristo for making Christmas decorations and ‘fofuchas’, the course being given by Paola Gallardi.
Workshop in acrobatics and circus arts
There is a workshop on September 25th, 26th and 28th at the Nerja Cultural Centre, calle Granada 45, for anyone who fancies learning acrobatics and circus arts.
Defibrillator courses
Over one hundred sports coaches and volunteers from the Civil Protection in Malaga province will be taking part in workshops on the use of defibrillators. The courses are being organised by the Malaga Provincial Council and taught by members of the Civil Protection.
Workshop for associations and organisations
The Council is organising a workshop on Participative Dynamisation aimed at local groups and associations who wish to improve update how they function.
Sayalonga and the nispero
The municipality of Sayalonga now has a workshop dedicated to the cultivation, processing and marketing of the ‘nispero’ (loquat or fruit of the medlar), an initiative financed by the Ministry of Employment of the Junta de Andalucia.
‘Jornadas por la Paz’ at the Municipal Exhibition Hall
Starting on Friday January 22nd and continuing until January 31st there is a workshop at the Municipal Exhibition Hall in calle Cristo entitled ‘Jornadas por la Paz’.
