The rush is on

The great exodus begins this weekend as half the population head for somewhere different.

Around 11 million vehicles are expected to hit the road this weekend as the main Spanish holiday month begins and half the population head for somewhere different. A great number of them will be charging straight down to the coast.

Large cities are bound to get a bit clogged under the sheer weight of numbers. Extra radar speed traps are being installed all over the place, ostensibly as an accident prevention measure rather than a revenue earner, but I’m sure the extra cash will come in handy!
