A shootout at a dicoteque in Marbella last night has resulted in two people needing hospital treatment.
The latest incident happened just after 02:00 at the discoteque Nikki Beach at km 192 on the road to Cádiz. Several people called the police to say they had heard several gunshots and the Emergency Services, Local Police and National Police all appeared on the scene.
They found two people, one of them a 42 year old man, suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were transferred to the Hospital Costa del Sol in Marbella.
This is the second shooting incident in the past twenty-four hours. On Thursday night, a man wearing a ski mask apparently headed straight for an Irishman and opened fire, wounding not only his seemingly intended victim but other people.
