A 37 year old Guardia Civil officer, stationed in Casabermeja, Málaga, died early on Saturday morning after being hit by a car whilst attending an accident scene.
The officer was at the site of an accident at km 118 on the A-45 near Las Pedrizas when he was hit by another vehicle which skidded into him in the wet conditions. He was taken to hospital but later died from his injuries.
