Eduardo Bombarelli with a photo entitled ‘Mor 1’ was declared the winner of the Multicultural Photographic Competition. In second place was Claudia Cid with ‘Viaje a Túnez’ and third was Germán Cacín with ‘Túnez’.
In addition to certificates, the winner received €200, the runner up €100 and third place received €50.
The jury noted that although the photographs were of a very high technical standard, they failed to capture the essence of the competition which is to convey the values, meanings, attitudes and knowledge of other cultures.
