The Association of Employers at the Sierra Nevada ski resort in Granada has been fined €20,000 for price fixing relating to the hire of ski equipment during the 2007-2008 season.
The Association of Employers represents 80% of the businesses at the resort. The infringement was deemed a very serious breach of the Law for the Protection of Competition.
The Association now deny the price fixing and say they will appeal against the decision.
