For the next three days, until Friday May 10th, the Sala Mercado in calle San Miguel (Plaza de la Ermita) is home to the VIII Jornadas Educativas de Convivencia Intercultural -Educational Conference on Intercultural Living.
The exhibition is organised by the Asociación Tod@s Ciudadan@s and features posters, typical products and other items from around twenty countries.
In Nerja there are over 70 different nationalities and 30 percent of the census population is of foreign origin, so great importance is attached to the work of the association in helping foreign children to integrate both in their respective school, and in society in general.
