The Junta de Andalucia has awarded the contract to build a new Infant and Primary school (CEIP) in urbanisation Los Jarales in Rincón de la Victoria to Chirivo Construcciones S.L..
The new school, to be called Los Jarales, involves an investment of €3,551,376.57 and the completion period has been set at 10 months and 27 days. The construction is intended to provide employment for 44 people.
Lows Jarales will be type C2 with 450 places for children aged between 3 and 12 years.
To be built on an 8,100 square metre plot, the facility will have 6 kindergarten classrooms, 12 primary classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, library, gym, sports field, computer room, kitchen and dining areas, staff car park as well as all the usual administrative offices and facilities.
