The rail line between Jaén and Sevilla was cut between Montoro and Villa del Río, in Córdoba province, due to three trees falling onto the electricity pylons during heavy winds.
A total of ten trains were affected by the cut in power and affected passengers were transferred by bus from Jaén to Córdoba.
