The Fiesta de San Fermín began today in Pamplona and the first bull run, lasting two and a half minutes, resulted in three people being injured, two of them seriously.
Three people were taken to the hospital in Navarra after being gored by the bulls. One was treated and later discharged but the other two, a 55-year-old from Valencia and a 35-year-old from Guipuzcoa, remain hospitalised with serious injuries.
