This 140 square metre apartment consists of 3 larger than average bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the third with twin beds, all with ceiling fans. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the famous blue flag beach of Burriana and a 10 to 15 minute walk into the town of Nerja. There is off street parking immediately outside the apartment and surrounding areas.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 and 2 with double beds bedroom 3 with twin beds, there’s also fold up bed if required.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, 1 large master bathroom and 1 shower room with WC.
Kitchen: Kitchen consists of fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine and cafeteria. There is also ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: The enormous lounge/dining room (60 square metres) has two sofas, dining table to seat six people, sideboard and cabinets, Sky television with free programmes, DVD, radio, table lamps and tables.
Other: There are two terraces, one south facing and the other (off bedroom) west facing.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Sheets and towels, tea towels are included and changed after every rental. Clients must bring there own beach towels.
