National Police officers in Córdoba have arrested a 38-year-old man on suspicion of animal abuse after he was seen beating his dog to death in the street and dumping the body in a rubbish container.
Animal cruelty prosecution in Vélez-Málaga
Police in Vélez-Málaga have opened proceedings against a fifty year old man for a serious offence of cruelty to animals and, if convicted, he could face a fine of up to €30,000.
