On Sunday, forty-two people battled it out on El Playazo beach in the IV Nerja Aquathlon, an event involving running 1,000 metres, swimming 400 metres and then running another 1,000 metres for good measure. And the winners in the various categories were:

Thirty-two competitors took part in the third Aquatlón (1km run, 300m swim, another 1km run) on Sunday July 19th at El Playazo beach.
