A woman in the town of Castilleja de la Cuesta, Sevilla, has been arrested after she left her eighteen month old baby locked in a car during the heat of the day while she went shopping.
One year jail for negligent homicide
A man who forgot about his 23 month old child in the back of his car in Sevilla which resulted in the death of the child through heatstroke has accepted a jail sentence of one year for negligent homicide.
