The Council continues its efforts to bombard the Junta de Andalucia into submission, the latest requests concerning the Plan for Beach Improvement and the Marina.
Improvements to Chilches beach
The Department of Coasts is set to spend €30,000 to improve the beach area in Chilches, creating a two and a half metre recess in the area designated for parking, installing a breakwater to prevent landslides and improving access to Torre de Chilches. The works will increase the beach size by 500 metres.
