Two mountaineers died on Saturday after suffering a fall while climbing on the route known as La Araña in Zapardiel de la Ribera, Ávila.
Four mountaineers rescued
On Monday night, Guardia Civil Mountain Rescue (Sereim) officers located and rescued four mountaineers who had managed to become disoriented while hiking in the mountains between Málaga and Granada provinces. They had set off from Canillas de Aceituno but the weather caused them to lose their way and they phoned for help.
