Judge Garzon cleared in Franco era case

Judge Baltasar Garzon has been cleared the Supreme Court of overstepping his authority when he ordered an investigation into crimes committed during the Franco era.

Supreme Court upholds fine against judge Tirado

The Supreme Court has upheld a €1,500 fine imposed upon judge Rafael Tirado for his performance in the ‘Mari Luz’ case whereby his actions, or inactions, led to the alleged murderer being on the street instead of behind bars at the time of the murder.
