The Criminal Court Number One in Jaén has sentenced a 36 year old man to a total of two years in jail on two counts of sexual abuse of an eight year old girl. However, the sentence has been suspended on the condition that the man commits no further crimes during that period.
Pilot avoids custodial sentence
A pilot, acting as First Officer on a flight to San Francisco and who was three times over the alcohol limit, escaped a custodial sentence after pleas from his bosses.
