Nisperos con miel de caña (Loquat in cane honey)

Here’s a very simple way to take advantage of the fairly common, locally grown fruits, the ‘Nispero’.

1 kg Nisperos (Loquats)
Cane honey

Heat the honey. Using a toothpick or other skewer, dip the nísperos in the honey and make sure they get completely covered. That’s it.
