• Balcon de Europa

  
  The Balcon de Europa, a rocky promontory, is the focal point of the town and generally regarded as the centre of Nerja for most purposes.

• Acapulco Playa

  
  Acapulco Playa is a centrally located apartment block on calle Málaga, only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town (Balcón de Europa).

• Albaida

  
  The Albaida apartment blocks, of which there are several, are located at the bottom end of calle Chaparil and are only a short distance from Torrecilla beach.

• Almirante

  
  Edificio Almirante is a small block of apartments with entrances on two streets, avenida de Pescia and calle Cristo. It is almost opposite the BP garage at the top end of town, just past Plaza Cantarero (Orange Square).

• Apartamentos Marimel

  
  Apartamentos Marimel is a modern three-storey apartment block located at the junction of calle Cristo and Pasaje Cantarero, very close to Plaza Cantarero and the Nerja bus station.

  Arce 1 is an apartment block located in calle Mérida, close to Torrecilla beach. The south facing apartments have a view out to sea.

• Armijo

  
  Edificio Armijo is a large apartment block at the top end of town at the junction of calle Cristo and avenida de Pescia.
  Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, including some of the best tapas bars in town, such as Los Cuñaos, El Cangrejo and Chispa.

• Bahia

  
  Edificio Bahia is located next to the roundabout at the bottom of calle Rodrigues Acosta/end of prolongación Hernán de Carabeo, not far from the Parador and only two minutes walk from Carabeillo beach.

• Balcón de Carabeo

  
  The Apartamentos Balcón de Carabeo, a set of seven luxury apartments, are located on calle Carabeo in the heart of Nerja.

• Apartamentos Burriana

  
  These very nice apartments, nineteen in total, are located on calle Carabeo towards the Parador end of the street. The complex is enclosed and has security gates.
  Entering the complex, you climb nine steps to the small pool area. The pool is ten metres long and is open/usable all year round.

• Burriana Playa

• Capri

  
  Edificio Capri is a large apartment block with great views over the town of Nerja.
  It is sort of equidistant from the town centre (Balcón de Europa) and the main beach (Burriana), making it a good location for those who don’t want to walk too far, yet don’t want to be right in the centre of it all.

• Carabeo

  
  There are two large blocks of apartments, Edificio Carabeo I and Edificio Carabeo II, located on calle Frigiliana, which is just off calle Los Huertos towards the Parador.
  Nice apartments, spacious grounds and a good location near the Parador so equidistant between Burriana beach and the centre of town (Balcón de Europa), both about a ten minute stroll.

• Caribe

  
  Edificio Caribe is located towards the bottom of avenida Castilla Perez, at the western end of town, close to Torrecilla beach.

• Carmona

  
  Edificio Carmona is at the western end of the street, adjoining Edificio Tropicana 2.
  In the immediate vicinity you have numerous bars, restaurants (see Bars and Restaurants), souvenir shops, an ATM, a dive centre, a supermarket open seven days a week and, of course, the beach.

• Casanova

  
  Apartamentos Casanova is a small block of apartments on avenida de Pescia. It is almost opposite the BP garage at the top end of town, just past Plaza Cantarero (Orange Square).
  Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, including some of the best tapas bars in town, such as Los Cuñaos, El Cangrejo and Chispa’s to name but a few.

• Chaparil

  
  Edificio Chaparil is a large, six-storey apartment block on avenida Castilla Perez, only a two minute walk from Torrecilla beach and five minutes from the Balcon de Europa.

  Edificio Corona is on the corner of calle Chaparil and calle Antonio Millón, although set slightly back from the road.

• Coronado

  Edificio Coronado is a large apartment block on calle Los Huertos (on the corner of calle Frigiliana), not far from the Parador Hotel, with magnificent views over the whole of Nerja.

• Delfin

  
  Edificio Delfin (Dolphin) is located at the bottom of avenida Castilla Perez, at the western end of town, very close to Torrecilla beach.

• Florida

  
  Edificio Florida is a large apartment block situated in a fairly quiet area of Nerja towards the top end (eastern)of town, although still fairly handy for all amenities.

• Gaviota

  
  Edificio Gaviota is a seven storey apartment block almost at the bottom of avenida Castilla Perez at the western end of town. The nearest beach is Torrecilla beach, about 200 metres further down the road.
  The town centre, Balcón de Europa, is about a 7 minute walk, a little bit uphill to start with and then flat after that.

• Granada

  
  Edificio Granada is a seven storey apartment block about two-thirds of the way down avenida Castilla Perez heading towards Torrecilla beach.
  The town centre, Balcón de Europa, is about a four minute walk, Plaza Tutti Frutti, the main centre of nightlife, is almost straight across the road and the nearest beach.

  Edificio Jabega is located at the junction of avenida Castilla Perez and calle Antonio Millón, at the western end of town, about three minutes walk downhill to Torrecilla beach and five minutes from the Balcon de Europa.
