The body of a diver, reported missing on Friday near Tarifa, Cádiz province, has been found.
The diver, who had been on a fishing trip with a group of friends near the area known as Los Cabezos, about 6 kilometres from the beach at Tarifa, failed to resurface after one of the dives.
A subsequent search of the area was conducted by the Marine Rescue Service with a number of boats, divers and a helicopter taking part. Friends and family of the missing diver also joined in the search, one of them discovering the body.
The diver was a 34 year old resident of Algeciras.
