Marbella Council has voted unanimously to declare Juan Antonio Roca ‘persona non grata’ in the municipality.
At its plenary session, all parties voted in favour of the motion declare Juan Antonio Roca, the alleged brains behind the corruption in Marbella, ‘persona non grata’ in the municipality. The general feeling is that Roca has tarnished the image of Marbella.
