Police in Sevilla located and detained the driver of a vehicle which was involved in a fatal accident earlier in the day.
The accident occurred yesterday morning at 06:20 at the junction of Paseo de Colón and calle Adriano. The deceased, a local resident of Sevilla, was 32 years old. Although the Emergency Services arrived at the scene, there was nothing they could do for the man.
The alleged driver of the vehicle, a 25 year old native of Sevilla, initials MCVC, was breathalised, the result of which was positive. He has been charged with a crime against road safety and negligent homicide.
