A man died after plunging from the fourth floor of a building in Algeciras, Cádiz, after a fire in the ten storey block had already been extinguished.
Local residents had called the Fire Brigade to inform them of a fire in their building in calle Alemania and, in the meantime, decided to evacuate the building upon their own initiative. After the fire had already died out, a man plummeted from the fourth floor.
