The Provincial Court in Almería has upped the sentence for two youths convicted of robbery. The two youths, residents of El Ejido, forced their way into a house in August 2007 and used a knife to threaten the occupants and force them to hand over money. Their haul was €5.
The original sentence was 2 years in prison, but this has now been increased by 18 months.
