Around 25,000 people flocked to the Sierra Nevada ski station in Granada at the weekend, taking full advantage of very good conditions.
There were 91 kilometres of skiable pistes, a record for the resort, with good quality powder snow up to three metres deep.
It is looking very much like the resort will, barring unforseen events, be fully booked over the Christmas period.
