A 21 year old youth died and a 27 year old woman was injured after a knife attack early on Thursday morning in Torrevieja.
The incident happened at around 08:00 in calle Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente. The Emergency Services were able to tend to the woman, who had a knife wound in her side, but were unable to save the youth.
Several people have already been detained in connection with the attack, the reasons for which are unknown at the present time.
